How Alzheimer’s Society funding can help clinicians to develop a career in dementia research

In this film Dr. Georgina Charlesworth, Clinical Psychologist Consultant and Professor, discusses how funding for Alzheimer's Society research can help physicians develop a career in research and stay connected to the dementia research community. She explains how her research with patients and caregivers has helped her become a better psychologist.

The Alzheimer Society is dedicated to overcoming dementia through research. We fund research into the cause, cure, care and prevention of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, to improve treatment for people today and seek a cure for tomorrow

The Alzheimer Society invites applications for research funding on the cause, cure, care or prevention of dementia. Funding is available for project grants, scholarships, doctoral fellowships and dissemination. We also welcome invitations from the association.
